A Century Commitment to Quality
Gate House Furniture has been making luggage racks and other functional furniture and accessories for quite some time. In fact, our history as a third generation, family-owned manufacturing business dates back to 1914 when R.R. Scheibe built its first converto tray stand. We owe our longevity to the commitment we make to product quality and thoughtful design. That means doing the little things that can mean much more like creating a spindle so our luggage racks have extra stability, or engineering products to eliminate all visible hardware. On top of everything, we source, hand-assemble and individually inspect all of our products in the USA.
Endless Customer Options
We believe less can sometimes be a lot more and so we choose to make fewer products but with many more options. We make most products available in endless combinations of colors and finishes, frame styles, decorative straps, sizes and even different materials. Our customers can pick among standard items or mix and match from a much wider selection of choices to create a much more customized look.
So Much More Than Functional
Just because you own a luggage rack does not mean it has to be kept in the closet. Place it at the foot of the bed because its colors and decorative straps seamlessly match the bedding or curtains in the room, or simply use it as an accent piece. The luggage rack can also stand right next to the sofa in the living room with a tray placed on top while you entertain guests. While all of our furniture is functional, we believe it can be much more than that – a decorative item, a conversation piece, or an extension of your personality.
ECO Products A Natural Extension
We recently launched a series of ECO products made from HDPE post-consumer recycled plastic bottles. We are excited because ECO is both good for the environment as well as our customers. More so, we believe it is the perfect fit for what we stand for – enduring quality, lots of choice and transformation. ECO materials have all-weather durability, resistance to scratching, chipping and fading and also last a long while. They are available in a multitude of colors, both bright and muted, and can be used indoor or outdoor.
