Customer wanted to design a three-shelf rolling cart used primarily in hospitals and assisted living facilities to transport essential items that provide compassionate care for family members during an end-of-life experience. The cart has seen expanded uses in many different channels since its launch, including a hydration station used in hospitality settings. The customer provided basic dimensions and guidelines.

Important features to incorporate into the design were:
• Heavy duty casters for easy portability
• Durability and easy to clean
• Low maintenance, high performance material
• Three shelves evenly spaced, with the top using a more solid material
• Lips around each shelf prevent items from falling during transport
